Wire 0.1mm

is an ultrafine fly tying wire, non tarnishing and can be used for even smallest dry flies. Our Wire 0.1mm is very small and fine just 0.1mm or 0.004 inch diameter and ultra light weight. It is part of our large range of wire colors suitable for most flies from March Brown to Mayfly patterns.

Having developed and manufactured our own computerized spooling machinery Wire 0.1mm is put onto the spool with touching turns in totally level traverse, why is this important? With Wire 0.1mm you will not get a birds nest when tying flies or have wires trapped. Our spools have a removable cap to re-trap the wire once you have removed a section to tie your flies.

Tie on Wire 0.1mm and tie off with thread. Rather than cutting simply wiggle and it will break saving damage to your scissors
